We find ourselves in a time where many companies are preparing to re-enter and occupy their dormant office space, if they haven't done so already. Let's take a deep dive into how these Richmond-area companies have been planning and preparing to bring people back into the office, but also how their business is changing due to the increase in remote workers.
Are there incentives for employees to return or to stay remote? How are they retaining current employees? Are they hiring out of market? What does their office culture and workspace look like now? How is the decision being made to bring people back, and are those plans being adjusted?
The decisions these companies make regarding their businesses will have a dynamic effect on architects and designers, landlords, and brokers. We will explore all of these aspects in our September program, so please join us!
