- A COVID Self Declaration Form will be sent to all registrants before the event. This is a CoreNet Global requirement for attendance at in-person events.
- Completed forms should be returned to washingtonchapter@corenetglobal.org no less than 24 hours before the start of the event.
- Due to the time-sensitive nature of this form, online registration will close 3 business days before the event.
- We are unable to accommodate walk-in/day-of registrations - please, register early!
