Leadership Workshop
Beyond the Ping-Pong Table: Designing a Truly Engaging Culture at Work
What type of work culture truly engages a team in ways that inspire more energy, creativity, and innovation from employees?
In this interactive leadership workshop, we’ll explore some of the deeper characteristics that foster this type of team culture, especially in light of a post-quarantine return to the office. Glenn Taylor, leadership coach and founder of Skybound Coaching & Training, will facilitate this session in partnership with Method Architecture.
This is an interactive session, so on-camera participation is preferred.
