Panelists Bio:


Susan Otto serves as Chief People Officer at BlackLine where she is focused on building, scaling and elevating BlackLine’s global talent practices and programs as the company continues its global expansion.

Susan has over 20 years of experience building and leading successful human resources organizations at all stages of growth and maturity across multiple industries. Prior to joining BlackLine Susan was the Chief Human Resources Officer at digital automotive marketplace TrueCar and at ModCloth, a San Francisco-based online retailer of women’s apparel. Susan also held senior human resource leadership positions with Electronic Arts and Medtronic.

Ingrid Jacobs serves as JLL’s Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion. She is responsible for leading JLL’s global diversity and inclusion strategy, ensuring the company is attracting, hiring and developing a diverse and engaged workforce. In her role, Ingrid and her global team of diversity and inclusion professionals identify and drive business-enabling areas of focus and outcomes that reinforce JLL’s commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Ingrid also guides and enhances the company’s network of business resource groups and diversity councils.

Ingrid has more than 20 years of experience providing strategic leadership in human resources, culture, strategy, and diversity and inclusion for business improvement and cultural change. Most recently she served as Vice President, Chief Diversity Officer at investment management firm Eaton Vance and, prior to that, held key diversity and inclusion leadership roles at Raytheon and Whirlpool.

Rosanna Durruthy serves as Vice President of Global Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at LinkedIn. She brings broad, cross-functional human resources leadership experience in attracting and developing high-performing talent as the diversity leader at companies like Cigna, Vivendi Universal (Seagram), and Merrill Lynch. At LinkedIn, Rosanna’s focus is on empowering all employees, members and customers to realize their full potential. With Rosanna’s leadership, LinkedIn aims to continue to build on our strong culture that values diversity, inclusion and creating a sense of belonging, for all employees.
