Workplace Re-Occupancy Experiences From Around the Country – Managing Occupant Expectations

The last year has been incredibly complicated as workplaces have gradually reopened after the initial COVID shutdowns; workplace re-occupancy experiences have been varied and complex. The landscape continues to shift, with reopening plans set back by spikes in case counts or new variants of concern. These shifting goalposts create both planning fatigue and employee uncertainty. Join us to learn about strategies being deployed by employers around the country for bringing employees back and getting them re-engaged and the continuing issues facing businesses as they work toward employee reoccupation.

Michael Bono, President and CEO - Corporate Care

For over 37 years, Michael Bono has remained focused on innovating the commercial cleaning industry.  As President and C.E.O of Corporate Care, he has focused on creating a facility services company that delivers a measurable safe, healthy workplace for their clients’ employees. Under his leadership, proprietary technology platforms have been developed, which also document improved R.O.I. on capital investments and reduced operating expenses for clients in over 6,000 buildings located in 152 cities throughout North America. A 5th generation Savannah, GA., native, Michael is a graduate of Boston University and Harvard Business School and is a member of the Make-A-Wish Board of Directors.  He resides in Houston, TX., with his wife Susan. They have three adult children and a new grandson.

Prior to this role, Richard served as a Facilities Manager and Strategic Sourcing Manager for Ellucian and CBRE, working with clients focused in the technology and defense industry. Richard began his professional career at PNC Bank as a branch manager in the Washington, DC area.
