Stephen Mancuso has been at Philips for 10 years in multiple roles, for the last 5 years have worked in the Americas Real Estate group managing Space and Occupancy Planning for our 115 North American/Latin American sites and supporting our 20,000+ employees, in addition to many of real estate projects across the portfolio. Most recently, Stephen completed Philips’ new North American Headquarters in Cambridge which he was involved in many aspects of the project from start to finish. Stephen’s participation as part of the core project team span across change manager, headcount analysis, return to work (North America), move coordinator and construction management, that have provided great experience in all facets of the Cambridge project.

Dan Lawson is based out of the Boston area, and has 20 years of real estate experience, focusing on owner driven activities. Currently, he is the Director of Construction Project Management for the Americas, at Philips. Leading a team of professionals in North and South America, the team covers a range spaces; from office, cleanroom, R&D Labs, and manufacturing spaces.
