M-K-T is a trail-oriented, mixed-use redevelopment of former industrial buildings in Houston’s historic Heights neighborhood. Designed by the Michael Hsu Office of Architecture alongside architect of record, Method Architecture, M-K-T features over 200,000 square feet of thoughtfully adapted pace for creative office users, merchants, and chefs. The development team transformed the 12-acre site into a true destination with over 3 acres of park space along the MKT Heights Bike Trail (formerly the Missouri Kansas Texas rail line, “M-K-T” for short) and a network of open-air patios and breezeways.
