Our speakers, who share a wealth of knowledge and experience in corporate real estate, will discuss the office and its evolution over the last 12 months, and the new role it will play in the workplace.

Chris Kane has worked in the Corporate Real Estate sector for over 30 years, having operated as the Vice President of International Corporate Real Estate for The Walt Disney Company, before acting as Head of Workplace at the BBC, where he was responsible for the creation of MediaCityUK in Salford, the redevelopment of Television Centre and oversaw the £1bn development of Broadcasting House.
He is a co-founder of Six Ideas and is interested in place making and innovation. Six Ideas is a global community of thought leaders focused on workplace development and innovation which brings together the very best strategists, researchers and thinkers to solve complex and seemingly impossible challenges arising from the nexus between work, the workforce and the workplace.
Simon Davis serves as Senior Vice President of Workplace Technology at Impec Group. Simon leads Impec’s Workplace Technology practice which encompasses agnostic technology consulting, provision of CAD and test fitting services and a technology accelerator to identify PropTech startups and help them grow quickly.
As a recognized thought leader in real estate technology, Mr. Davis has nearly 20 years of related experience. He is the Lead Faculty on CoreNet Global's Real Estate Technology Master's of Corporate Real Estate professional designation program. He also assists CoreNet Global chapters across the Americas with developing technology symposiums.
