On May 13 IKO Chapter we will be holding our first
"Case Study Presentation" and YOU have the opportunity to participate!
This is a call for our members to step up and answer the Case Study Prompt and give their ‘pitch’ in 10 minutes or less on their
proposed solution on the LIVE Chapter event via ZOOM on the Thursday, May 13.
This will be an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise and knowledge; showcase a service or product or test a solution
your company is working to implement. Members can ‘team-up’ or leverage non-members as part of their ‘team’ to share a solution
to the Case Study. Nothing is off the table - think outside the box - get creative!
Case Study Prompt:
You’re the Corporate Real Estate Leader for the Widget Company, a large diversified consumer products company based in Columbus, Ohio in charge of the
global real estate portfolio and facilities.
Your CEO just emailed you on Friday night at 8:45pm with the following message:
“After discussing with the COO and CFO we have decided to improve company morale, and boost productivity we need to open the headquarters to employees
no later than September 1. Our lobbyist in Washington has said it is highly likely the vaccine roll out will have enough steam by then. I have a presentation to the
Board next Friday, can you prepare a slide deck with proposed plan, estimated budget, and timeline to implement by EOD Thursday? Please coordinate with
my admin on any questions. Thx”.
