Description:

As our industry continues to redefine the future workplace, we are revealing an even greater need for data-informed design, infrastructure, and analytics, coupled with a need for equitable technology offerings while guiding employees back to the physical office.  Through these technologies, customized environments can begin to be created with a focus on individuals sociological needs and build trust that the physical building environment is a safe place to work.

What role will technology play in bringing people back to the office? Can it be the catalyst to create efficient and effective collaboration and connections among humans and buildings?

How will the physical workplace and building need to respond?

How will digital technologies support and provide a return on end user investment with their #1 asset - human capital?

What technologies are already available and what are still being developed?

Technology has been the invisible backbone to driving business solutions. Catapulted by the pandemic, we see technology coming to the forefront to re-energize the importance of protecting human capital and strengthening connections as we return to the physical office.

Join us as we start to answer many of the questions that organizations are asking themselves as they are working through the details of what is best for their organization such as:

·       Is there true integration between landlord and tenant apps?  Or are they side by side?

·        How do you implement these technologies?

·        What can landlords do to attract tenants?

·        How do employees/corporate end users manage the return to office?

·        How do corporate end users track their assets in this highly fluctuating moment?

·        How do these technologies bridge hybrid working models?

We will explore readily available and futuristic applications and implementation, and the role of the landlord and the end user in managing the assets and supporting the hybrid workforce.
