"Leveraging Worker Data to Inform Space Use"
Presenter: Jay Berkmeyer, Director, Business Development, Avuity
It’s no surprise that work modes in 2021 will be drastically different than those in recent years. Working from home, employee flexibility, emphasis on health and safety among many other subjects seem to be gaining traction with ease. One major change, however, is a bit more elusive: an increased focus on leveraging space and worker data. We’re here to discuss ways in which leveraging data can not only make returning to work easier, but also promote a more flexible, healthier, and effective environment.
Session Takeaways:
- How data can support both a deep understanding of how spaces are being used now, but also how future spaces might best support the workforce in 2021 and beyond.
- Transition from providing traditional office services to a more usage- focused model to support this new way of work.
- Data will be essential to enhancing employee experience, understanding usage, and informing the most effective office spaces of the future.
