2021 Asia Property Market Outlook: Leading Recovery - Singapore Chapter

Tuesday, February 23, 2021 to Tuesday, February 23, 2021
Zoom Singapore, Singapore

Why Asia will leapfrog innovation in Real Estate

Innovation across the real estate industry has been accelerated as a result of the pandemic – touchless environments, work from anywhere, the reinvention of space and place. In some parts of Asia, partly enabled by government policy, deployment and adoption of building technology alongside customer experience changes has happened at scale.

As a result, many parts of Asia are already operating in new hybrid work, live, shop environments.

Join this discussion to hear the industry trends in the region, the panel perspective on why Asia will lead innovation from here and your chance to connect with peers to compare notes on what's worked for your business and what you'll drive forward into 2021.

TIME: 16:00 - 17:15
FORMAT: Zoom

MODERATOR:

CAROLINE BURNS
MANAGING DIRECTOR AND FOUNDER OF WORKPLACE REVOLUTION

https://workplacerevolution.org/

Caroline partners with global Clients to envision business and workforce scenarios in the digital age and identify and optimise opportunities to transform people’s experience of work+place. Her doctoral research into the relationship between business outcomes, company resources and head offices underscored the importance of avoiding a "one size fits all approach" to solving Client problems; she believes organisations are ecosystems and the impact of seemingly small changes can vary widely from one organisation to another.
Having over 25 years business leadership experience across Asia Pacific, Caroline’s strategic perspective is valued by Clients, colleagues, and young industry leaders who she enjoys coaching and learning from.

Caroline is a regular source for media interviews and events and writes regularly on issues related to the future of work and workplace.
Caroline brings this leadership experience, reputation, deep industry knowledge and passion to her role as Managing Director and Founder of Workplace Revolution, whose purpose is to help organisations recognise that an intelligently created workplace is a powerful business tool for supporting employee engagement, productivity and effectiveness. This outcome is rarely due to luck; it results from business-centric strategic thinking, challenging assumptions and learning by doing.
