With Micki’s years of design experience in the corporate market, she has expertise in all aspects of the project and construction design process, project management, business development, quality control, and client relationship building. Her project experience ranges from large scale corporate headquarters interiors build-outs to small office suite renovations, and everything in between.

 

Ed Ryland, CCIM, MCR

President and CEO | ARVO Realty Advisors

Ed Ryland is the President and CEO of ARVO Realty Advisors. He has more than 25 years of extensive experience in real estate brokerage, consulting, and tenant and landlord representation.

 

 

Dr. Karla Hernandez DeCuir

Senior Director of Enrollment Management and External Affairs | University of Houston -Victoria (UHV)

Dr. DeCuir oversees the recruiting efforts, external relations, and strategic partnerships for UHV Katy.  Her work experience includes business development, partnership development, and enrollment management. Dr. DeCuir is passionate about volunteering and helping the community. She currently serves as the President of  Katy Technology and Education Foundation, as well as the President of the Texas Diversity Council - Gulf Coast chapter. 

 

Kelsea Haught, CDP

Director | National Diversity Council

Kelsea currently serves as Director for the National Diversity Council and has been with the organization since 2014.  As Director, Kelsea is responsible for the direction, development and management of multiple diversity initiatives and regional councils throughout the US and abroad. Kelsea provides oversight for event and business development programmers, and strives to provide staff members with the support they need to fulfill the NDC’s mission, vision, and goals to the best of their abilities. Kelsea assists with training and development, recruitment and selection, and operational management, in addition to coordinating event production, business development and strategic partnership opportunities.
