Please join us for the CoreNet Northern California January Chapter Meeting and Annual Economic Forecast. This year Spencer Levy will be joining us to provide an update on the world and the economy, as well as to address what has changed since he was last with us in April 2020.
Spencer is the Chairman of Americas Research and a Senior Economic Advisor at CBRE. Day-to-day when he is not spending his time sharing his expertise with organizations like ours, Spencer plays an integral role in the development and implementation of CBRE's global research strategy and business planning.
He oversees the analytical activities of the CBRE research community within the Americas region and his team is focused on producing market-leading insight and interpretative analysis on the latest real estate trends. He supports CBRE executives in their decision-making by providing insight into the impact of market trends related to strategic business planning, as well as supports analyst call preparation.
