    Kevin Loos, Co-founder and COO, CrowdComfort

Kevin Loos co-founded CrowdComfort to change the way people think about and interact with buildings.  Kevin oversees sales and operations, delivering value to many Fortune 500 companies including General Electric, GSK, Amgen, Ingersoll Rand, and others. The company has been featured in Fast Company, Greentech Media, The Wall Street Journal and Entrepreneur Magazine's 100 Brilliant Companies.

Prior to joining CrowdComfort, Kevin served as a consultant to three building technology companies - Building 36 Technologies, Next Step Living, and Embue – where he provided research and guidance on sales and operations strategy.  Working closely with executive leadership Kevin helped these companies commercialize a set of emerging technology that continues to transform the residential/commercial technology landscape.

    Elo Ofodile, Head of Business Development, VergeSense

Elo has 20 years of experience as a technology executive in a variety of industries, including Fintech and Proptech. He has held senior positions at Thomson Reuters, Moody’s and several startups in the proptech space.  He currently leads Business Development efforts at VergeSense.  He holds a BS in from Northeastern University.

 

   Sarah Abrams, Senior Vice President and Head of Global Real Estate, Iron Mountain

Sarah K. Abrams joined Iron Mountain as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Real Estate in January 2012. Sarah leads a global real estate team that leverages its expertise to assist the business in creating value, reducing cost, and managing risk. She is responsible for real estate strategy, transactions (including leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions), construction, energy efficiency programs and facility management as well as global lease administration and REIT Supplemental reporting related to Iron Mountain’s 90M sf real estate portfolio. In 2014 she led a relocation of the company’s corporate headquarters. In addition to her real estate responsibilities Sarah works closely with Iron Mountain’s marketing, product management and sales teams to help promote IRM product and service offerings that drive efficiency in the workspace and which are targeted to heads of real estate. She also helps develop collateral that is “authentic” to these buying personas. Immediately prior to joining Iron Mountain, Sarah was the president of Fidelity Real Estate Company, the corporate real estate division of Fidelity Investments, where she led the team responsible for providing corporate real estate and location strategy services to Fidelity's business units, nationally and internationally.

Sarah holds a BA in Economics, magna cum laude from Boston University, a JD degree from Cornell Law School and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is a past president and current Advisory Council member of the New England Chapter of CoreNet Global, former president and chair of the Massachusetts Chapter of NAIOP-The Commercial Real Estate Development Association, a past president of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Boston and a former member of the Industry Advisory Panel to the US Department of State’s Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations. She served on the Boston Industrial Development Financing Authority for many years as a mayoral appointee.

Sarah teaches regularly in CoreNet certificate programs, served as an adjunct professor of law at the Cornell Law School for several years and currently holds a Visiting Lecturer appointment at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Center for Real Estate. Sarah and her husband have a 20 year old son who is a sophomore in college, enjoy playing golf and live in Newton, MA.

 

  Dan Anninos, Vice President, Iron Mountain

Dan Anninos joined Iron Mountain in May 2013. He is responsible for Global Facility Management and for capital Project Delivery in LATAM, APAC including India, and Eastern Europe. In this role Dan has direct responsibility for the strategy and execution of all facility management services in close 80% of Iron Mountain’s 90 million sf portfolio, serves as a center of excellence in facility management for the remainder of the portfolio and leads the team responsible for capital project delivery in the regions noted above. Dan also leads Global Real Estate’s global disaster planning and recovery program and its Sustainability Program driving efficiencies across the portfolio to ensure that Iron Mountain meets its science based targets of reducing greenhouse gas emissions 25% by 2025, through increasing the company’s use of renewable power and lowering its overall usage through demand management initiatives.

Prior to joining Iron Mountain, Dan was the Chief of Staff for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, a worldwide organization responsible for programs and project management of the USA’s civil works and defense installation infrastructure. Dan holds a BA in Mathematics, cum laude from LaSalle University as well as a Master of Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Transportation and Systems Engineering, and a Master of Science degree from the Air Force University in Strategic Studies. Dan is a past president of the Washington DC chapter of the Society of American Military Engineers and is an active current member of IFMA, the International Facility Management Association. He is the recipient of numerous industry awards and honors from Port Authorities, was recognized by the U.S. Congress for providing support to the citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a recipient of two Bronze Stars for his service in Iraq.
