For over 30 years trends in worker mobility has been evolving largely influenced by newer technologies, flexible workspaces, and an increase in egalitarian leadership styles. As a result of COVID 19, mobility (remote working) has grown exponentially and most everyone finds themselves working remotely or with a HYBRID team. But what does this really mean and how are companies beginning to prepare and model for these HYBRID teams POST-Covid 19. Come and learn and ask questions of this panel of experts.

   Carol Ann Colbert: Coca-Cola: Global Workplace Strategy & Innovation MY Workplace

Carol has over 25 years of experience in delivering strategic real estate initiatives. Her work has included portfolio optimization, real estate integration in mergers and acquisitions and the delivery of numerous layered workplace and real estate strategies, all requiring change leadership in alignment with Business objectives. She has worked in several different industry sectors - including financial services, energy, and technology - and brings a fresh perspective on the implications digital transformation will have on the workplace. In her career, she is passionate about learning, listening, and leadership.

 

 

   Mark Miller: Cisco: WW Collaboration GTM and Strategy    

Mark leads the Workplace Transformation practice within Cisco’s Global Collaboration Strategy organization. In his current role, he is responsible for engaging with Cisco’s customers and partners globally, helping them understand today’s workplace challenges and assisting them in the creation of their next-generation work environments. Mark has over 25 years of experience in business and technology consulting, solutions development, marketing, and sales.

 

                              

   Jonathan Sheh: Johnson and Johnson: Director Global Workplace Strategy

 

Jon is driven to bring innovative workplace theories to life that enhance performance and experience. He is responsible for Johnson & Johnson’s Global Workplace Programs including Workplace Experience, Workplace Innovation, Lab Services and Lab Experience. These holistic programs are optimizing the experience, utilization and efficiency by flexibly evolving place, technology, and culture. Johnson & Johnson has deployed new work environments for over 30,000 employees globally since 2010. Jon joined J&J as part of an acquisition in 2001. During his career, Jon has also worked in project management, process engineering, facilities management, and commercial real estate.
