Work From Home: Successfully Management Stress & Time
For those of us working from home for the first time, or for the first time due to COVID-19, we are constantly juggling time with quality and cost while trying to do so in a rapidly changing environment. And on top of that, some of us are also caring for our family members.
Let us spend two hours together to learn how to make our hours count! We will offer tips for getting the most out of your workday and achieving a better work-life balance now that the two are under one roof. Come prepared to collaborate, learn and be willing to try something new. We are here to help!
Managing stress is like managing time: it's all about managing ourselves. In this module, you will assess your current reactions to stress, then explore ways to clarify where we have a measure of control. Identifying different kinds of stress, and different responses from different people, will help to identify how to show more of our innate resiliency to the internal and external factors we all face. We will identify ways to convert common negative reactions into positive outlooks, with clear action steps.
Learning Objectives:
*Discuss the challenges that this new reality presents
*Tips for getting the most out of our workdays & to ensure to be intentional with Life-Work Balance
*Examine different types of stress and their impact
*Explore principles for handling stress more effectively
*Commit to implementing best practices to get a handle of our stress, schedules & our lives!
