Please join CoreNet and CARW as we experience an intimate virtual tour of the newest high-rise in downtown Milwaukee, BMO Tower. Led by Rob Oldenburg of real estate investment and development firm, Irgens, the tour will showcase the 25-story, 380,000-square-foot office building, with more than 20,000-square-feet of retail space.
In addition to a virtual tour, this event will offer a panel discussion to explore the partnership with anchor tenants, BMO Harris Bank (the building serving as the new Wisconsin headquarters for the namesake international banking firm) and law firm, Michael Best. Commentary from multiple stakeholders from the diversified construction teams will offer additional insight into the successes and challenges of the project and what led to the successful completion of the tower in May of 2020.
