Imagineering a CRE Dashboard for the 'new normal'
Join us on Tuesday 21 July for a presentation led by Professor Nick Nunnington which will stimulate discussion and thinking around how technology can be used to support safe, flexible and productive environments in the 'new normal' of corporate office life. Using case studies and examples from some of the leading applications of sensor driven solutions it uses an 'imagineered' dashboard to generate ideas and discussions about how building technology, including sensors, could be used to support a safe environment and the implications for CRE professionals in providing solutions that meet the dramatically shifting requirements for a safe and productive office environment. Using examples and case studies from around the world it will explore aspects of:
- the implications of the 'new normal' for CRE;
- using sensor technology to support safe working environments;
- productivity and wellness in a changed world;
- the space usage economics of the 'new normal'; and
- the monitoring and control of working environments using a dashboard based system.
It aims to provide a catalyst for discussion of how changing expectations of the role of the office; greater responsibility for employee workplace safety and wellness; and adjustments of corporate and personal priorities can be supported with technology. It introduces what a CRE dashboard of the future might look like, using the latest technology and cutting edge case study examples already being implemented.
