Verizon
Karen is a change manager at Verizon, one of the largest communication technology companies in the world, where she provides change leadership for strategic real estate workplace projects. In her role, she leads stakeholders and employees through business changes and transformation with a focus on the employee experience.
Previously, Karen worked at Johnson Controls and Tyco International as a global real estate manager responsible for lease administration, change management and global merger & acquisition projects. She also has extensive experience in residential property management at Trammell Crow and Avalon.
She is a member of CoreNet Global, where she completed her Master of Corporate Real Estate with a concentration in Workplace Strategy (MCR.w) and serves on the New Jersey Chapter Education and Awards Committees, and ERS – NJ lead. Karen holds a BA in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Change Management Practitioner Certification from Cornell University and also has her New Jersey Real Estate License.
