This is the second track in a series of several COVID-19-related programs. This program will focus on the employee perspective as it pertains to returning to work, maintaining a work-life balance, employee assistance programs, physical safety, HR concerns, and other matters that employers, landlords, and property managers should consider in return-to-work efforts.
We will discuss HR-related issues and activities; WELL programs; EAP and how they may be dealing with employee concerns; how to manage employees who are not willing to return, conflict resolution, and how to get employees to and from work safely.
