Jeff Randolph is a Managing Partner at Bluecup Ventures LLC. In this role he focuses on creating value for investors through Build-to-Suit industrial properties. Jeff is a Corporate Real Estate Executive, Dealmaker, Builder, and industry innovator with more than 25 years of broad experience. Over the past 12 years hehas guided the formation and evolution of the Corporate Real Estate function for three multinational organizations, Amazon, PepsiCo & Diageo, leveraging experience gained at KPMG, Trammell Crow, and working as an Architect.
 
Jeff built transaction and construction teams and directly executed large and complex real estate deals. He has developed best in class transaction and construction processes for high volume organizations managing over 200 transactions/ year.
 
In his roles Jeff has developed and implemented the long term strategy for the corporate real estate function, aligning resources, implementing processes and systems to create a sustainable operation, which meets corporate needs, and safeguards its assets.

Dr. Schaumann is the CEO and Founder of Spacemate. He is also currently enrolled as a Runway Startup Postdoc at the Jacobs Technion-Cornell Institute (JTCI) at Cornell Tech. Dr. Schaumann’s work is focused at the intersection of Architectural Design, Artificial Intelligence, and Human Behavior Science. His mission is to optimize the design and day-to-day operations of complex workplaces to maximize space utilization, enhance operational efficiency, and improve people productivity and well-being. Dr. Schaumann received his Ph.D. in Architecture from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology and he holds B.A. and MSc degrees in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano. His research on human behavior prediction and analytics led to the publication of more than 40 peer-reviewed scientific papers in leading conferences and journals.

Peter Holland

Peter has long believed there’s a pressing need for corporate real estate professionals to know and understand the data associated with their portfolios - data for corporate real estate benchmarking that would yield actionable insights and improve portfolio performance. To that end, Peter co-founded BenchCoRE to help corporations aggregate their data and to provide benchmarking services that can identify performance opportunities. BenchCoRE was recently acquired by the Dallas-based proptech firm RefineRE.
 
Corporate real estate has been at the center of Peter’s career and he has been active in CoreNet Global on the board and on committees, as a contributor to The Leader and the Knowledge Center, and as a teacher in MCR classes. He is often invited to facilitate executive seminars and to speak at chapter events and at global summits. He recently led a CoreNet Global Hackathon team that addressed the distributed workplace.
