David Fogarty, Head of ESG consulting & Sustainability Services, CBRE
Prior to taking on his current assignment, David held the roles of Senior Executive Managing Director for Property Management in the United Kingdom, Managing DIrector, Asset Services, Singapore and Southeast asia, and Regional Director, asset Services, Pacific (Australia and New Zealand). In each role over his career, David led the Sustainability business within the Asset Services & Property Management business lines. His stregths are driving excellent client outcomes through strong leadership, strategy development and execution, galvanizing teams through implementing positive change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
With over 25 years' experrience adding value in the property industry across all asset classes, he has succesfully led Asset, Property and Sustainability & ESG consulting businesses, building effective teams, driving strong growth, performance and profitability.
Sunil Yadav, Director, ESG & Decarbonisation Advisory, KPMG
Sunil is an INSEAD alumnus with a degree specialising in electrical engineering and more than two decades of experience in managing energy efficiency and industrial decarbonization. He has been actively contributing to the energy efficiency of industrial plants and large infrastructure energy management projects for the last 23 years. As a Director at KPMG, he is responsible for managing ESG and decarbonization advisory.
He has extensive working experience in large infrastructure, and industry across critical manufacturing, data center, and buildings with various MNCs (Siemens, Schneider Electric Johnson Controls, Carrier, and Philips). In his entrepreneurship assignment, he was a core member of an energy management Start-up in Singapore working mainly in critical industries such as semi-con, F&B, Pharma, and precision manufacturing
Darren Teoh, Vice President of Group Sustainability, CapitaLand Investment
Darren leads the charge in enhancing CLI's ESG capabilities in Private Equity Real Assets and International Offices. Prior to joining CLI in April 2022, Darren served as the Head of Sustainability, Real Estate at AMP Capital Investors Ltd in Sydney, Australia. During his tenure, he orchestrated the successful delivery of two net-zero carbon (scope 1 and 2) real estate portfolios with a total AUM of A$10 billion in 2021 and 2022. His contributions extend beyond specific roles; Darren was a pivotal steering committee member in the 2019 Property Council of Australia's Office Building Quality guide which is the key reference document for commercial building grading in Australia. Additionally, he earned recognition as a Green Star Champion by the Green Building Council of Australia for his leadership in advancing sustainable practices within the built environment.
Darren holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from University Tenaga Nasional, Malaysia, and an MBA from the University of Queensland, Australia. His expertise combines technical prowess with strategic business acumen, making him a driving force in promoting sustainability within the real assets industry.
