Natalie Goodwin and Tony Gast are a part of the Gender Lens subcommittee within 84.51's Women's EDGE, an Employee Resource Group that brings men and women together to create a work environment where women believe they can bring their whole selves to work. The Gender Lens subcommittee was created to research areas where there was a perceived "Gender Gap" within the company and share out findings and resources on those topics. As 84.51 has evolved, the group still gathers to promote equal opportunity in the workplace through education, resources and community.
