Please join the creative team behind the first phase of Oracle’s Austin Waterfront Campus — 550K SF and growing — for a learning session, “Yes…And!: Design for a Culture-driven Workplace.” Jim Susman and PollyAnna Little from STG Design will be joined by Susanne Harrington of brand and experiential design firm Asterisk to talk about how their architectural, interiors, and graphics teams brought a generously improvisational design approach to create a culture-driven workplace that teaches, inspires and engages employees. They’ll show the project and their process, then guide session attendees through some design tools that can help them do the same in their own projects. Participants will leave the session with a copy of the team’s new corporate RE workbook, “Yes... And: Design for a Culture Driven Workplace.” This program will also be presented in Austin on February 20th.
