May Chapter Meeting: 5M - A Great Urban Design Solution for Living, Working & Playing
415 Natoma, a 25-story office tower is just one part of the larger 5M district which includes The George residences, retail, and restored historic buildings all open up to a new public park. 5M is new district in San Francisco that has transformed four acres of parking lots and underutilized buildings into an experience for locals and visitors alike. 415 Natoma is designed and engineered for the future, offering touchless technology and a unique combination of “terraced green spaces” located on many of the office floors along with outdoor privately owned public open spaces (“POPOS”). The POPOS connects 415 Natoma to the residences at The George.
Join us for a conversation with the Brookfield development team as they share their journey through entitlement process and describe the many features of the project that proves it is designed and engineered to meet the tenant needs of the future. Topics will include mixed-use, community amenities, access, and the design solutions that are facilitating the future of work. Attendees will be able to tour 415 Natoma and The George after the presentation.
