Join our Partnerships Committee and LACED Wellness for a virtual 45-minute guided vinyasa stretching class (less-flow) incorporating longer holds, breathing, and lengthening to target specific body parts and increase your flexibility. Harrison has been a yoga teacher since 2015. Trained in CorePower’s heated Power Vinyasa, Harrison provides instruction that is clean, concise and energetic. After 3 years of studio experience, he began yoga entrepreneurship by creating a series of vinyasa classes accompanied by a live musician and painter, which were later featured in Boston Magazine. In recent years, Harrison has supported the yoga community with GoSpacing, an app he developed to help instructors, transition from studio classes to yoga entrepreneurship. GoSpacing is a free scheduling platform for yoga and mindfulness instructors to host virtual, donation-based classes.
