The CoreNet New England Members who led teams in CoreNet Global’s Hackathon: A COVID-19 Virtual Ideation Experience will come together for a CRAVE webinar to present their outputs and take questions from members on the following topics:

·        Distributed Work – Presented by Team Lead Stephen Elias, Senior Vice President, Head of Workplace Experience & Accessibility, Citizens Bank

·        Space Utilization Metrics – Presented by Team Lead Denise Pied, Vice President and Project Executive, STV | DPM

·        Workplace Well-Being – Presented by Team Lead Eric Graham, Founder and CEO, Crowd Comfort

Stephen Elias, Senior Vice President, Head of Workplace Experience & Accessibility, Citizens Bank

Steve is senior vice president and head of Workplace Experience & Accessibility for Citizens Bank, managing a portfolio of 1,300 locations and 5MM square feet across the US.  In this role Steve leads a real estate team comprised of workplace strategy & change management, occupancy & move management, construction project management, and the enterprise-wide ADA accessibility program. Prior to joining real estate, Steve was Finance Director at Citizens Bank and held various roles with Fidelity Investments.  Steve is a URI alum and has a master’s degree from Bryant University.  Steve is an active member of CoreNet New England and currently sits on the Real Advantage Committee.

   Denise Pied, Vice President, Project Executive, STV | DPM

Denise Pied served as Co-Chair of the CoreNet Education Committee for 3 years and is a graduate of the Leadership 2.0 Program. She is an industry leader with more than 20 years of experience representing clients during new construction; relocation; consolidation; furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selection; and expansion projects in the corporate, financial services, high technology, and professional services sectors. As a Project Executive with the firm, she has successfully delivered more than 1 million sf of projects that satisfied exacting client requirements and specifications. Denise provides senior level leadership, develops project strategies, coordinates lease agreements, develops project budgets and schedules, negotiates contracts, and provides risk analysis and project oversight. She also builds and directs project teams to keep assignments progressing on schedule and within budget.
